Assistant Professor at the Department of Operations and Information Management of the School of Business, University of Wisconsin, Madison (1989~1995). Full Professor, Department of Industrial Engineering, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST, 1995~2009). School of Management, Kyung Hee University (2009~2021), served as Chair of the Department of Healthcare Management (2014~2018), Associate Dean (2017~2018), and Dean (2018~2021). Recipient of the Presidential Award for Quality Management (2019). Professor and Chair, Department of Technology and Society, SUNY Korea (2021~present).
