Stony Brook Applied Mathematics Ranked 3rd in the US by USA Today
Prof. Suil O organized 3rd KECRWIC (Korean Early Career Researcher Workshop in Combinatorics), which took place in Iksan from July 22nd to August 3rd, 2018. The workshop was founded by Prof. Suil O with two other people together, and the first KECRWIC was held at SUNY-Korea in June 2017.
Prof. Suil O has been selected as a recipient of a NRF-NSFC Joint Grant (National Research Foundation of Korea and National Natural Science Foundation of China), funded by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning. His project is on “Saturated Graphs and their Eigenvalues”, and the total budget is 30 Million Won for 2 years.
Professor Myoungshic Jhun has been selected as a recipient of a National Research Foundation research grant funded by the Ministry of Education for 2 years. His project is on 'Kernel ridge regression for ultra-high dimensional large-scale data.'
